Chances are you already have a favorite avocado toast recipe - but does it involve fresh microgreens? This recipe is one of my favorite ways to enjoy avocado toast! With Hamama’s Hearty Broccoli microgreens sprinkled generously atop creamy avocado, sliced cherry tomatoes, red onion, peppery arugula, and some salty Everything But the Bagel Seasoning, this toast is the perfect way to start your day or enjoy as a light lunch!
Ingredients:
- 2 slices multigrain seed bread, toasted
- 1 medium avocado
- 3 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 65 g red onion, sliced
- 125 g arugula (or microgreens)
- Broccoli Microgreens
- Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
Instructions:
- Toast 2 slices of bread
- Slice your avocado in half and spread equally on both slices of toast
- Sprinkle Everything but the Bagel Seasoning on top of avocado
- Layer arugula, red onion, and cherry tomatoes
- Garnish with your favorite microgreens
