Ingredients:
- 500 g of Fresh Kale or Spinach (mature or microgreens)
- 125 g Cantaloupe, frozen*
- 1 Banana, frozen*
- 125 - 250 ml unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 1 cm piece of Fresh Ginger, peeled (or to taste)
- 1 spoonful Wheatgrass Powder (Instructions see Wheatgrass Latte)
* Freezing the fruit beforehand will create a creamier and thicker texture! If you are unable to freeze the fruit ahead of time, you can add ice.
