Microgreens Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 cups mixed microgreens (such as broccoli, kale, arugula, or mustard greens)
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
